There was mild drama in Oshodi area of Lagos on Tuesday during the Lagos APC Governorship primaries keenly contested by Babajide Sanwo-Olu and incumbent governor, Akinwumi Ambode.

Their supporters and agents clashed at Ward D3 Mafoluku along Agbelekale Street.

Sanwo-Olu's team was led by the leader of the NURTW in Oshodi, MC Oluomo (Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya) while team Ambode was led by his Special Assistant on Civil Engagement, Taiwo Ayedun.

Ayedun insisted on having the polling process free and fair while calling for proper accreditation to take place before voting and counting.

After a heated argument between Oluomo and Ayedun, all those present were allowed to join the queue.

Oluomo also told Ayedun and other party members present that nobody is bigger than Tinubu in the state.

In the heat of the argument, the Chairman of the local government, Bolaji Ariyoh came in.

Ayedun confronted Ariyoh and told him point blank that this was not the agreement among party leaders concerning the election.
