Super Eagles striker, Brown Ideye ended on the losing side yet again as his new La Liga team, Malaga were beaten 0-1 on Saturday by Atletico Madrid in their League tie.

Saturday's game was Ideye's second outing for Malaga and both have all ended in slim 1-0 losses.

Atletico Madrid took the lead just 40 seconds into their game against Malaga, but they couldn't find a second goal and had to settle for a 1-0 victory.

Antoine Griezmann was alert enough to collect a ball that rebounded off Keko in the first minute and the Frenchman finished well, before dedicating the goal to the late Cholito Barbera.

Los Rojiblancos were the better side throughout the rest of the first half and even though Malaga mustered a better display in the second half it was not enough to see then have a share of the spoils from Saturday's action.
