La Liga: Fresh Ban Looms On Ronaldo
The goals are not flowing for Cristiano Ronaldo as they used to and the frustration of dropping points seems to sinking in.
Bad as that may sound, more trouble seems to be looming for Ronaldo as he risks another lengthy ban.
Footage have emerged of him appearing to scrape his hand across a Girona player's face in Sunday's La Liga game.

Ronaldo can be seen raising his right hand to the head of Pere Pons and then dragging his palm across his face as they both tussled for the ball.
The Girona player then falls to the floor.
Earlier this season, Ronaldo served a five-match ban and missed the first four matches of La Liga.
He was banned one game for receiving two yellow cards in the Super Cup win over Barcelona in August and another four for pushing the referee after he was sent off.
It is yet to be seen how the Spanish Football authorities will treat this latest case.
In the meantime, Madrid are 3rd on the La Liga table, eight points behind leaders and rivals, Barcelona.
