He has a football idol, and that person is no other than 2007 World Footballer of the year, Kaka.

The Brazilian is known for his dazzling skills and accurate passes.

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi admires Kaka's exploits and hope to surpass the former Real Madrid star's achievements.

"My football hero is Kaka," Ndidi said in a video interview on LCFC TV.

"I love the way he played, his kind of techniques, goals scored. Actually when I was young, I watched him, though I never had the experience of who Kaka was, I only heard about Kaka scoring goals, so I just loved him."

"When Kaka moved to (Real) Madrid, I also followed him. Even though he was not playing so much. I just loved the way he was calm, his moves when he played," Ndidi said.

Kaka, formally known as , Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite now plays for Orlando City in USA’s Major League Soccer and is still available for selection if invited to Brazil's national team.
