Chris Giwa and his staff have been sent packing from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) secretariat in Abuja latest reports indicate.

According to The Cable, The Department of State Services (DSS) has effectively ejected Giwa from the secretariat while his staff have also been told to vacate the premises.

It was gathered that the Secretary General of the NFF, Sanusi Sani has since resumed duties in the NFF while Pinnick is expected back in the country on Tuesday after various assignments for FIFA and then CAF where he is now the 1st Vice President.

After his duties at the World Cup, Pinnick had been away supervising the CAF roundtable symposium on Africa’s performance at the recently-concluded 2018 Russia World Cup.

Early this month when most NFF officials were away in Russia, Giwa and his 'board' forcefully took over the NFF secretariat and since held over the control until now.
