The 51-year old plumber said they have jointly operated around Kobiti where they were caught after stealing a saloon car in Abeokuta.
He said he and his accomplice break into shops to steal laptops at night. They also steal food stuff including: rice and vegetable oils, as well as auto mobile batteries from shops around Oke Ijeun, Osiele and environs to Abeokuta.
Rasheed, who has a child, said his wife had already left him due to his unseriousness before his arrest.
He said soldier is at large after hearing about his arrest.
“The soldier most times shares the product that we steal, especially rice and vegetable oils while he sells laptops and other gadgets stolen and gives me only meager amount which am contented with.”
