Russia 2018: Iwobi Is Learning 'ShakuShaku' For World Cup Goals
If Nigeria would score goals at the World Cup in Russia, the likes of Alex Iwobi will be on the mind of fans to come through.
He knows this much and is preparing to celebrate quite a number with the colourful Shaku Shaku dance which has taken over Nigeria.
The Super Eagles midfielder has revealed that he is working on his Shaku Shaku skills ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
The 22-year-old told BBC he already knows how to cross his arms and dangle that imaginary phone call in his ears, but the footwork is still not quite there.
When asked his most difficult dance move he had to confess that it is the Shaku Shaku but added, “I have to learn it before the World Cup by force, I haven’t learnt the footwork yet.”
The Super Eagles begin their World Cup campaign against Croatia on Saturday, June 16.
This means Iwobi has just about 24 hours to master his Shaku Shaku moves.
Dear Alex Iwobi, please just get the goals and make us proud, we are fine with galala or makossa!
