ISIS Claims Manchester Attack That Killed 22
The Islamic State (IS) terrorist group has claimed the attack in Manchester Arena that killed 22 people after a concert.
Some of the dead are children and their identities are being revealed.
A single suicide bomber had detonated Improvised Explosive Device at the foyer while people were leaving the arena. It is not clear if he has a relationship with IS network.
The explosion also left 59 others injured. They are being treated at 8 hospitals across Greater Manchester.
At least 12 of those injured are also children.
Police are investigating the attack that the Queen described as an Act of barbarity.
Security officials are looking into the attack to find out if the attacker had a link with any terrorist group.
The identity of the attacker has not been revealed but police is looking at every record possible to identify him.
A 23-year-old man has been arrested in South Manchester by Greater Manchester Police in connection with the attack.
