Reports suggest frosty relations between Antonio Conte and Chelsea.

The defending English Premier League champions are understood to be shopping for replacements already.

It is being claimed that Chelsea are planning to replace Conte with former Borussia Dortmund Coach, Thomas Tuchel.

Sport Bild led with the report on Wednesday, declaring that Conte’s future has been discussed at board level and Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has decided Tuchel is the ideal manager to take over from the Italian at Stamford Bridge.

The German magazine also claims that Chelsea are attracted to the former Borussia Dortmund manager’s preference for young players and tendency to encourage attractive football.

Tuchel, 43, left Borussia Dortmund in May after two seasons. He fell out with the club and quit just three days after leading them to victory in the DFB-Pokal final.

On his part, Conte, 48, led Chelsea to the Premier League title and the FA Cup final in his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.
