Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini may miss Saturday’s English Premier League clash against Liverpool after suffering an injury in the Belgium World Cup qualifier.

Fellaini was substituted in the 29th minute in a game that saw Belgium beat Bosnia-Herzegovina on Saturday.

The 29-year-old had a scan and will be out for a couple of weeks.

Belgium face Cyprus in their final World Cup qualifier on Tuesday, while Manchester United visit Benfica in the Champions League four days after their trip to Anfield.

Fellaini has scored four goals for United this season, including two in a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace in their last game before the international break.
