The Technical Adviser of Kano Pillars, Kadiri Ikhana, says fatigue was responsible for his side’s 1-1 draw with visiting Nasarawa United in the Nigerian Premier League game played at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Wednesday.

Ikhana, while speaking after the match, said fatigue had a big impact on the result they got from the match.‎

"The match was not a bad game. We only paid the price for playing three matches in a week.‎

"I must give kudos to my players because this is their third match in a week. They put in their best but it was not enough to pick three points", he said.

Mubarak Sa’eed scored for Kano Pillars in the 10th minute, while former Kano Pillars winger Alhassan Adamu equalised for the visitors in the 58th minute‎.
