New signing Kelechi Iheanacho returned to training with Leicester City after he copped an injury in a 2-1 friendly win over Borussia Monchengladbach.

There were concerns when Iheanacho left the pitch after 18 minutes into his debut following a collision with the German side's Laszlo Benes.

But the Super Eagle is back and trained with other teammates on Monday.

If passed fit by medics, he could play the English Premier League season opener against Arsenal at The Emirates on Friday.

The 20-year-old joined the foxes from Manchester City on August 3.
