Ignore The July Plane Crash Prophecy, Air Peace Tells Customers
You may have heard of the prophet who prophesied the plateau massacre and even the terrible accident on Otedola bridge on Thursday.
Those were very dark days for Nigerians, but the prophet sees more dark days in the days to come, including an air incident that may involve pan-African carrier, Air Peace.
The name of the prophet is Godlove Udensi and in an audio broadcast that went viral, he mentioned specific dates that tragedies would occur in the coming months, especially ones involving some inter-state transport companies.
But as you can imagine, not everyone is cool with this prophesy.
One of those is the airline fingered in the doom prophesy, Air Peace. On Friday, the airline urged members of the public to ignore the prophesy.
The airline, in a statement signed by its General Manager, Corporate Communications, Chris Iwarah described the message as simply fake.
“We would have loved to ignore the message so as not to dignify those behind it, however, we are compelled by the greater need to assure members of the public that the airline is adhering to all safety regulations.
“It is a fake warning put out in the public space by criminal elements and people who do not mean well for the country, particularly airline operators, including Air Peace,” he added.
According to him, the prophetic warning has become a recurring but futile and unproductive strategy by unpatriotic individuals to dissuade members of the flying public from patronising the airline.
