6-year-old Habib Mohammed went with his family to a public function at 5 Omotoye Estate on July 31.

The boy was full of life at the event until he suddenly disappeared with no trace.

The parents, who had no idea Habib was missing, thought he was with his elder brother at the other side of event.

It was at this point that the food and the drinks being consumed went sour.

The family raised alarm and the operatives of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps, LNSC, who were at the event were informed.

An officer of the LNSC, Damola, who spoke to Bounce News said nobody knows the whereabouts of the boy.

She said Habib’s family who reside at 67, Orile Road, Orile Agege LCDA, contacted the LNSC to assist in searching for the boy.

“What is not clear is whether the boy was kidnapped or not but the matter has been reported at the Meran police station.”

Habib who is dark in complexion can speak both English and Yoruba.
