After years of reggae, afro-pop singer, Harrysong is now playing his desired brand of blues.

The Five Star Music days and the drama that came with it are now history and the 'Reggae Blues' crooner is building his own entrepreneurial future.

He has signed Nigerian US-born Soul/Afro-pop singer, Lami Phillips as the first artiste on his newly launched Alter Plate Music record label.

Harrysong made the announcement and shared a photo on his Instagram page on Friday, showing Lami Phillips’ signing, making her the official ‘first lady’ of Alter Plate.

He wrote: “Welcome to the family=Welcome on board Queen @lamiphillipsworld@alterplatemusic to the world.”

Lami Phillips released her debut album, `Intuition’ in 2009, which has the popular single, ‘Know’, featuring M.I Abaga, and was followed by her Extended Play (EP) titled “Love”, released in 2013.

Harrysong launched Alter Plate Records in 2017 after falling out with former label, Five Star Music and its owners, E-Money and pop star, K-Cee.
