A missing 3-year-old girl abducted from her home has been found.

Oluwasemilore Adebiyi, had been missing since 2016 after she was kidnapped from her parents’ residence in the Alagbado area of Lagos.

Adebiyi was rescued after one of the abductors was arrested in Badagry.

Mary John after interrogation by the police confessed to the crime.

She said she, connived with two others, Rita Eze and Samuel, who is now at large.

The girl was handed over to Eze, who confessed to selling her to Elizabeth for N500,000.

Eze, a 50-year-old grandmother, revealed that she took 40,000 Naira from the proceed, gave John 60,000 Niara and sent the remaining sum to Samuel.

She added that she used the money to pay the rent on her apartment.

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, while briefing journalists on the arrest, said the suspects have been charged to court.
