Genevieve Nnaji is making her directorial debut on 'Lionheart' and movie fans are excited.

The film which was selected for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and make its world premiere at the event.

Shortly after she released a fantastic trailer for the highly anticipated film, the actress turned film maker has dropped the official poster.

Lionheart will follow the competent but perennially overlooked Adaeze (played by Nnaji), who, in order to save her father’s (Pete Edochie) ailing bus company, must find a way to work alongside her incompetent uncle, Godswill (Nkem Owoh).

One of the most star-studded Nollywood films of the year, Genevieve Nnaji will be joined by other Nollywood veterans such as Pete Edochie, Nkem Owoh, Kalu Egbui Ikeagwu, Onyeka Onwenu and Kanyayo O. Kanayo.

In the film also, are musicians, Phyno and Peter Okoye (Mr P) who will be making their Nollywood debut.

There's still no Nigerian release date for the film, however, it will be premiering at TIFF on Friday, September 7,2018.
