The bickering between the ruling APC and opposition PDP over who dipped hands in the cookie jar isn’t going away anytime soon.

About 3 days ago, the APC released a list of alleged looters of public treasury after PDP challenged it to do so.

The release of the names had led to attacks on the APC leadership by the PDP which then forced the government to release more names of the alleged thieves.

In a press statement, Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed said the list of alleged looters which Government released on Friday was based on verifiable facts, including the amount involved, the date the amount in question was collected and from where it was taken.

Mohammed, also said those complaining that the list was too short apparently did not understand that it was strategically released as a teaser.

He then went ahead to release more 23 names of the alleged looters, all were people who once served in the PDP government.
