More Nigerian players are making moves before the Summer transfer window winds down and the latest on that list is former Shooting Stars striker, Osaguona Ighodaro.

Belgian Club, KVC Westerlo on Tuesday confirmed that they have signed Ighodaro on a one-year deal with an option for another year.

Westerlo said they opted to add another fresh leg to help strengthen their attack for the new season.

Osaguona played last season with KV Mechelen but he is joining Westerlo on a free.

After signing the dotted lines on Tuesday, the striker said: "I wanted to play more and make the difference. That's why I've come to here too. In Westerlo, I hope to get the chance to prove myself. I want to score a lot of goals and hopefully to help promote the team to the Jupiler Pro League.
