The patient wait to see Cristiano Ronaldo score in the Serie A is over as the Portuguese star opened his goal scoring account on Sunday in the game against Sassuolo.

The goal for Ronaldo who fired blanks in his first three games came in the 50th minute of Sunday's game in Turin.

Before the breakthrough came for Ronaldo,  he  has had 27 shots  and played 320 minutes with no goals to show for his effort.

With the jinx now broken for Ronaldo, many will be expecting many more goals not just in the Serie A but in the Champions League about to resume.
