Father Names Twins After Atiku And Wike In Rivers

A member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State has showed he is a member of the party to the core, naming his set of twin boys after the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike and the presidential candidate of his party, Atiku Abubakar.

A man from Abua/Odual local government area of Rivers Stat has named his new set of twin boys after the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State.

Saveme Akpila, a former member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) defected to the PDP on Tuesday during the party’s campaign rally at Ayama, Abua.

The campaign was also graced by Governor Wike and other party leaders.

However, Wike and Atiku were born while Akpila was on his way home from the campaign.

Speaking to Bounce News, a joyful and gracious Akpila said the coming of the twin boys was a blessing and it was only better that they came on the day he dumped the APC for the PDP.

According to him, it also signifies that the party will become victorious come February and March 2019.

“I can’t thank God enough. This is a sign of good things to come,” he added.
