In spite of all the threats from the Muslims Rights Concern (MURIC), rapper Falz does not seem shaken in his resolve to push his new video ‘This Is Nigeria’.

The Muslim group had on Tuesday May 5, threatened the lawyer-turned-entertainer with legal action if he failed to withdraw the video and apologise to Muslims within seven days.

They argued that using girls dressed in Hijab as dancers in the video was insensitive to Muslims and the Chibok girls.

They believe that Falz’ dancers in no way depict the situation of the Chibok girl and that the video is “thoughtless, insensitive and highly provocative”.

But the management team of the rapper has responded in statement on Thursday that they will not be taking down the video.

“We have nothing to say. We are not withdrawing the video neither are we commenting on their claims. If they (MURIC) have any grievance they can head to court and we will meet them,” the statement read.
