West Ham United recorded their first victory in the English Premier League this season to ease pressure on manager Slaven Bilic.

The 2-0 outcome was Huddersfield’s first defeat of the season after 4 matches.

After a barren first half, West Ham continued the pressure on Huddersfield, who has not conceded in their first three games.

Five minutes later, Ghana international Andre Ayew Andre poked in West Ham's second after Huddersfield fail to clear Jose Fonte's header.

Bilic has been touted to be next to face the exit door after Crystal Palace sacked Frank de Boer on Monday.

Will the victory keep him in the club? Time shall tell.
