An own goal by Newcastle in the final three minutes gifted Chelsea a 2-1 victory at St James' Park on Sunday.

A penalty goal from Eden Hazard was canceled by Joselu in less than 10 minutes, but DeAndre Yedlin’s own goal ensured Chelsea had the last laugh.

After a barren first half, Hazard took advantage of a Chelsea penalty and converted nicely to give the Blues a 76th minute lead.

But seven minutes later, Joselu drew level for the home side. And when fans at St James' Park think the game will end in a stalemate, Yedlin scored an own goal to gift Chelsea all three points.

Chelsea now move to 2nd on the English Premier League table behind Liverpool.
