Nigeria international, Wilfred Nididi was given a red card as Leicester City waited late before recording a 2-0 away win over Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday.

Ndidi who in the past has received rave reviews for his work rate and professionalism got it bit wrong on Saturday as he got his first booking of the match in 24th minute.

The Super Eagles star was given the marching orders when he got his second yellow card in the 87th minute after clipping Shane Duffy.

This is the second time Ndidi will be sent off in a Premier League match since joining Leicester City from Genk.

Thankfully, Ndidi’s sending off did not affect the Foxes as late goals from Vincent Iborra and Jamie Vardy helped them grab an unlikely three points even though they did not play well enough to deserve same.
