Riyad Mahrez’s late stunner saved the day for Leicester City as they played a 1-1 draw against AFC Bournemouth.

The English Premier League tie saw Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi play all 90 minutes, while Kelechi Iheanacho was introduced for Adrien Silva in the 59th minute.

Joshua King had converted from the penalty spot in the 35th minute after he had a tangle of legs with Marc Albrighton .

Resuming from the break, Leicester continue to fight for an equalizer at the King Power stadium, but Bournemouth was strong enough to defend.

90 minutes was completed and four minutes extra time was added, but referee Lee Probert allowed the game to stretch further until Mahrez turned things around with a stunning freekick in the 97th minute to ensure Leicester steal a point from the encounter.
