He already knows what Pogba feels like and he got the better off him in his first appearance in the Premier League.

However, Nigeria international Leon Balogun was left unhappy after getting ‘a taste of Salah’ on Saturday.

Balogun was in action from start to finish as Brighton faced Liverpool at Anfield in one of the day’s Week Three games in the Premier League.

Salah with his solitary strike ensured that Balogun and his teammates were condemned to a 1-0 defeat as Liverpool made it three wins in three to go top of the table.

In his reaction on his official Twitter handle, Balogun felt hard done with how things panned out at Anfield as he expected at least a point going by the hard work and how Brighton played.

He wrote: Mixed feelings after what I think has been a great team performance at Anfield Road. Can’t deny a sense of disappointment. We keep our heads high and go on to the next one ????

Balogun is in the 24-man list released last Friday by Coach Gernot Rohr for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match away to Seychelles.
