Manager Claude Puel has ruled midfielder Wilfred Ndidi out of Leicester City’s English Premier League midweek clash against Arsenal.

Ndidi has enjoyed a great season at Leicester, starting 33 Premier League games and getting three assists for his teammates, but a hamstring injury will see him missing in action on Wednesday.

"We are sure that Ndidi, [Matty] James, [Daniel] Amartey, [Robert] Huth are not available, then after, other players, I don't know," Puel said in a pre-match conference.

At the age of 21, the Nigeria international is recognised as one of the top defensive midfield talents in Europe.
