Slow and steady Arsenal are climbing up on the Premier League table and Nigeria international, Alex Iwobi is enjoying the rise by Gunners.

Iwobi was in Arsene Wenger's starting line up for Sunday's Premier League clash away to Burnley and he played for 67 minutes before making way for Jack Wilshere.

Though Iwobi fired blanks at Turf Moor, there was still enough to cheer as Alexis Sanchez rescued maximum points with his expertly taken late penalty kick.

The Gunners required late goals in both league fixtures against Burnley last season and were also condemned to the same thing this term.

James Tarkowski's needless push on Aaron Ramsey gifted Sanchez the chance to snatch all three points, which he made the most of by tucking the penalty out of Pope's reach.
