Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho scored for Leicester City in a 5-4 defeat to Tottenham in the final game of the English Premier League played on Sunday.

It was goal galore at the Wembley stadium filled with a capacity of 77,841, with Jamie Vardy, Erik Lamela and Harry Kane scoring a brace each.

Leicester City got off to an early start when Vardy scored after just four minutes, but Kane drew level three minutes later.

Leicester regained the lead through Riyad Mahrez to stay in front at half time.

Two minutes after the break, they extended their lead when Iheanacho found the top corner of the net with a left foot strike.

But Spurs piled up pressure on their visitors and it paid off when Erik Lamela reduced the deficit before Christian Fuchs’s 53rd minute own goal drew level for Tottenham.

Lamela completed his brace on the hour mark, before Vardy did same to bring the game to level.

But Kane was not done yet, as his 76th minute goal sealed a 5-4 victory for Tottenham.
