The Super Eagles duo of Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho will be hoping to return to winning ways on Saturday as Leicester City plays host to Huddersfield Town in one of the Week 6 Premier League games.

The Foxes were beaten 4-2 in their last outing against AFC Bournemouth but according to Ndidi, he and his teammates have since gotten the defeat behind them.

Speaking to, Ndidi said “I think it is now behind us. Of course, at the end of the game there was a lot of disappointment. We wasted good play, it was a good first half, but we conceded goals too easily.

“It was frustrating but now it is behind us and we want to have a good response in our next game.”

Leicester host Huddersfield on Saturday and Ndidi has called on his team mates to repay their fans after a disappointing result last weekend.

He added: “I don’t know if it is the perfect game for us. I want a good performance from my team.

“We need a good response for us but also for the fans. They came to watch us away from home, a lot of fans, they deserve better results from us.”

Going into Saturday’s game, Leicester City are 10th on the log while Huddersfield are in the relegation waters; occupying the 18th spot.
