We have had Kanu Nwankwo 'Papilo' and we are enjoying Alex Iwobi wear the revered Arsenal jersey, now another player with Nigerian blood,  Bukayo Saka has made his long-awaited debut for the Gunners.

Saka, who has already enjoyed some playing time in some Cup games, got his breakthrough in the EPL when he was introduced into the game against Fulham on New Year's Day.

While the 17-year old is over the moon with the bright start to 2019, an Arsenal legend, Ian Wright has also congratulated him on his English Premier League debut on Tuesday.

Saka came on to replace his compatriots, Alex Iwobi in the 83rd minute.

Ian Wright took to his official Twitter handle:

“Congratulations on your @premierleague debut @BukayoSaka87. A very special moment for you and your family. Hard work to come but enjoy tonight with your loved ones ??”

With many analysts already predicting a bright future ahead of Saka, it is expected that he would have to choose between Nigeria and England.
