Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has expressed great delight at the maximum points picked away from home by Leicester City against Swansea City in Saturday’s English Premier League game.

Though the Foxes have three Nigerian stars on their books, it was only Ndidi that was considered good enough for action at the Liberty Stadium.

Kelechi Iheanacho was confined to the bench while Ahmed Musa did not even make the match day squad.

Now playing under his third manger in less than a year following the midweek sacking of Craig Shakespeare, Ndidi has shown his happiness as Leicester finally got their second league win of the season.

“Hey 3 points, it’s good to have you here. Hope to have you next time. Cheers!!!!” Ndidi tweeted after the match.

With the victory, Leicester are now out of the relegation waters as they have moved up to 14th position in the Premier League table with nine points after nine games.

On their part, Swansea City who paraded Nigerian-born English striker, Tammy Abraham maintain 15th position with eight points from same nine games.
