Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang announced his presence in the English Premier League with a goal on his Arsenal debut, with Aaron Ramsey scoring a hat-trick.

Arsenal demolished Everton 5-1 at the Emirates on Saturday.

Arsenal got an early goal in the 6th minute when Aubameyang flicked through a first-time pass into the box for Henrikh Mkhitaryan who slided the ball into the middle where Ramsey was wide open to finish from six yards out.

Arsenal went two goals up eight minutes later, when Mesut Ozil curled in a corner from the left, and Shkodran Mustafi got ahead of his marker, flicked a header to the back post where Laurent Koscielny stoops and nodded in.

Ramsey scored their third in the 19th minute before debutant Aubameyang opened his Arsenal goal record in a move that should have been ruled out for a clear offside.

Mkhitaryan played it through the middle of the Everton defence and Aubameyang coolly chipped over Pickford and into the net.

Ramsey would go on to complete his hat-trick in the 74th minute, ten minutes after Everton had cancelled a goal through Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
