The ongoing governorship election in Ekiti state has enjoyed a massive turnout so far.

Bounce News correspondent live in Ekiti, Lekan Oladeinde, said the election has been peaceful with voters trooping out to cast their votes.

He said the voting time may be extended due to the massive number of voters still waiting to exercise their civic duties.

Meanwhile PDP agents at the polling units earlier accused security personnel of trying to disrupt the polls in favour of APC.

It was learnt that some PDP agents told the party’s governorship candidate, Prof. Kolapo Olusola that security personnel have been detailed to harass and intimidate voters loyal to the party.
