The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has a way of constantly keeping former First Lady Patience Jonathan in the news.

The hotel valued at N2bn by some estate agents is not yet open to the public.

Patience is said to have not visited the premises this year as against her frequent visits in 2016.

The hotel was seized alongside three of her other properties in Abuja.

Her other properties in Yenagoa and Port Harcourt are also on the verge of being seized by the EFCC.

The anti-graft agency has accused some organizations allegedly owned by the former first lady of engaging in fraudulent practices including money laundering.
