It appears the anti-corruption agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is not letting up on recovering spoils of the former customs boss Abdullahi Inde.

The agency said it has again recovered items worth millions of Naira from former Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service.

The items include: 42 brand new customised yellow-coloured tricycles; 16 brand new cargo motorcycles and one brand new white 32-seater Nissan civilian bus. Other items include: MAN Diesel Truck; 515 brand new imported rugs of different colours and sizes were also recovered.

This is after the agency recovered more than 17 vehicles from Inde last week.

Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, Head Media and Publicity of the commission, who said this in a statement on Wednesday noted that the various items were recovered from a large warehouse located on Nnamdi Azikiwe Road Bye Pass, Kaduna.

The EFCC spokesman said that operatives of the Commission’s Kaduna Zonal office, acting on intelligence, stormed the facility on Tuesday, Feb. 28, and executed a search warrant which led to the recovery of the items.
