Legendary Chelsea and Ivory Coast football star, Didier Drogba might just feature in his first music video.

After the Wizkid-assisted remix to Ivorian singer, Afro B's "Drogba (Joanna)" dropped, the iconic footballer whom the song is named after, is interested in appearing in the music video.

The original song, which dropped earlier this year, became a hit and led to a  viral dance challenge, which caught the attention of Wizkid.

Now Drogba also took to Twitter to indicate his interest in making an appearance in the video - an idea that both Wizkid and Afro B will love to see happen.

Speaking in an interview about what inspired him to name-drop Drogba, Afro B said:

"I have a great deal of pride of where I’m from; mentioning Drogba’s reflects that I’m proud to be an Ivorian living the UK. Drogba is an icon in my country. He goes beyond being a football player, he is an excellent role model!"
