News about the death of a Nollywood Actor, Okwy Chukwujekwu, filtered in like it was one of those fake news items on social media.

Some persons even claimed it was a lie.

But the death of the actor also referred to as Main Bossman, has become a reality that Nigerians have been forced to accept.

But what exactly killed the actor?

In a video, his lifeless body laid in the backseat of a vehicle, with people around the vehicle saying he was healthy the previous day and talking about how he prepared some special fish which he apparently ate.

He was not ill.

Here is one thing that could have led to the death of the actor; Main Bossman is obviously overweight.

Health coaches are of the opinion that people should make conscious effort to know their Body Max Index (BMI) to be sure their weight is not a burden to their heart.

When an individual is obese, the heat is burdened with the need to pump hard to push blood through the arteries that body fat has narrowed.

The excess work put on the heart becomes too much and forces it to shut down like an overloaded transformer.

If you are overweight, you should work hard to lose it.

To begin, get what your ideal BMI should be.

It is a value derived from the mass (weight) and height of an individual. The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, and is universally expressed in units of kg/m2, resulting from mass in kilograms and height in metres.
