DEADLINE DAY: Another Nigerian Set For La Liga Move
Days after Moses Simon completed a move from Belgian club, KAA Gent to Levante UD in the La Liga, there are indications that another Nigerian player is set for a similar move.
It is understood that Levante are willing to shell out over N1.2bn, N3m Euros to take KAA Gent midfielder, Anderson Esiti,
Negotiations are said to be going smoothly and Esiti could soon quit Belgium, according to HLN.
Esiti, 24, cost Gent 1.5 million Euros when he moved from Portuguese club Estoril two years ago.
The hard-tackling defensive midfielder did not travel with Gent for tonight’s UEFA Europa League qualifier in Poland as both Levante and his club are negotiating the transfer.
Should the move be completed, Esiti, who has won a handful of caps with the Super Eagles, will reunite with Moses Simon.
Simon has just joined Levante for five million Euros after three and half seasons at Gent.
