Dammy Krane might have just ‘boboed’ Nigerians with his story.

Earlier this week, Davido announced on social media that Krane had been found innocent of fraud charges.

Despite the initial reports about Dammy Krane, Tap Jets begs to differ.

The company, who the singer allegedly defrauded, has revealed via a statement said that no court has acquitted him.

The statement obtained from  Tapjets' Head of flight safety and security, reads: "There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation.

"This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says "no action" it does not say "not guilty."

Dammy Krane was arrested for grand theft, credit card and identity fraud, while trying to board a private jet owned by Tapjets.

7 fake credit cards were found in his trouser pockets.
