CSL: Mikel’s Tianjin Beat Ighalo’s Changchun Yatai
Tianjin Teda, complete with Nigerian midfielder John Obi Mikel on Saturday defeated Changchun Yatai, who has compatriot Odion Ighalo.
The tie ended 1-0, thanks to Ghana’s Frank Acheampong’s goal that separated both sides.

Both Super Eagles players featured for all 90 minutes of the encounter that saw Tianjin record their first away victory in the current season.
The win took Tianjin Teda from ninth to seventh position on 15 points after 10 games, five points adrift leaders Shanghai SIPG, in the 16-team CSL table.
Changchun Yatai are now 13th on 11 points from the same number of games played.
