The Athletics Federation of Nigeria, AFN are set to make public the Team Nigeria list for the Track and Field event of the Commonwealth Games billed to take place in Gold Coast, Australia.

The list is coming on the heels of the three-day trials held in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja from February 14th through 16th at the Main bowl of the National Stadium.

The three-day trials in the country’s capital was a mix of the good, bad and ugly as some performances gave room for optimism for a good show in Australia while others highlight that much more work still needs to be done for any chance of a podium finish.
