Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich has parted ways with his 36-year-old wife of 10 years, Dasha Zhukova.

The couple announced their separation on Monday and they described it as a 'difficult decision' to make.

The Russian billionaire met Zhukova at a party in 2005 while he was married to second wife but married her in 2008.

The marriage which was kept a secret for a whole six years has produced two children.

They both claim the split was amicable and they intend to 'continue to work together' for their joint businesses and two children'.

"We are committed to jointly raising our two children.

"We will also continue to work together as co-founders of the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow and the New Holland Island cultural center in Saint Petersburg."
