Home Based Eagles coach Salisu Yusuf has announced a list of 20 players for the CHAN qualifier against Benin Republic in Cotonou.

The first leg will be played on Sunday, with the reverse fixtures scheduled for a week later.

The major exclusion was Enyimba captain Mfon Udoh, who was dropped due to injury.

After Nigeria failed to reach the finals of the first two editions of the competition exclusively reserved for footballers plying their trade in their countries’ domestic Leagues, the Super Eagles won the bronze medals at the third edition in 2014.
