Nigeria club, Enyimba, snatched a late 1-0 victory to claim vital maximum points over Djoliba in the CAF Confederation Cup match played in Bamako on Sunday night.

Theophilus Afelokhai was called to action many times by Djoliba frontline but the goalkeeper did well to make many saves and kept his side in contention.

Enyimba luckily got a penalty in the 89th minute which was coolly converted by Farouk Mohammed.

After five matches, Enyimba now sits 2nd on the CAF Confederation Cup Group C on nine points, same point as Cara who sits top with superior goal difference.

Behind Enyimba is Williamsville Athletic Club, who have seven points from five matches, while Djoliba sit bottom on four points.
