Nigeria Professional Football League club, Enyimba, has been seeded ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup draw on Saturday in Cairo.

Enyimba is one of four clubs seeded. Others are USM Alger, Al Hilal and AS Vita Club of Democratic Republic of Congo.

USM Alger and Al Hilal ousted two Nigerian clubs Plateau United and Akwa United respectively.

Three of the 12 other clubs will fall into any of the four groups.

Matches in the group stages will now be played on Wednesdays and Sundays according to the new schedule released by CAF this week.

Enyimba who are the only Nigerian team left in the competition edged out Bidvest Wits of South Africa 1-1 on the away goals rule to make it to the group stages.
