Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr, has made it to the final shortlist for CAF Coach of the Year Award.

Rohr was made the final cut alongside Hector Cuper (Egypt) and L'Hussein Amoutta (Wydad Casablanca).

The final shortlist ceremony held on Monday, was attended by CAF President Ahmad, CAF First Vice President Kwesi Nyantakyi, CAF Executive Committee member, Amaju Pinnick, with Ghana’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Isaac Asiamah, the Guest-of-Honour.

Rohr qualified Nigeria for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the first team in Africa to book a ticket to Russia.

The Awards Gala will take place on Thursday, January 4, 2018 in Accra, Ghana.
