Is Nigeria's Executive arm of government divided against itself?

One issue appears to be showing this sign of disagreement.

Reactions have continued to trail the reinstatement of the Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Professor Usman Yusuf, who was suspended by the Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole, on July 6, 2017.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday recalled Yusuf, in a letter with reference number, ‘SH/COS/10/6/A/29’, signed by the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.

Yusuf, who is being probed by the EFCC and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission, was accused of perpetrating fraud to the tune of 919 million Naira.

The move has again resulted in many Nigerians calling to question the anti-graft fight of the president.
