Buhari Returns To Nigeria After Commonwealth Meeting
President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria after participating in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings and holding talks with the British Prime Minister, Theresa May, in London, United Kingdom.
He returned to Abuja, the nation's capital on Saturday evening.
President Buhari left Nigeria on April 9 for the United Kingdom.
The President returned to Nigeria on Saturday, few days after comments he made at the commonwealth meeting about Nigerian youths triggered mixed reactions.
He had made comments that Nigerians said depicted that his nation's youths were lazy.
President Buhari's return was announced by the Presidency in a tweet on the Government of Nigeria's Twitter page.

After the President left Nigeria on April 9, there were insinuations that he had travelled for medical checkup and not for the commonwealth meeting.
The presidency dismissed the insinuations and said it was for the meeting.
